A Childbirth Class called Hypno…babies??

Hypnobabies Classes are not for hypnotizing your babies, but I get that question a lot! Hypnobabies are born when parents have prepared for an easier, more comfortable childbirth using Hypnobabies® Childbirth Hypnosis, which some might call “hypnobirthing”.

The series is consists of 6 weekly classes lasting 3 1/2 hours. In each class we will spend about 2.5 hours covering information regarding pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum topics. The remaining time will be devoted to learning and practicing your hypnosis techniques for birth and how to make them most effective.

Hypnobabies classes are $400 and include all materials.

You will get everything you need in this one convenient class. You will be well prepared for a healthy pregnancy, a positive birth experience, and an easier postpartum recovery. The Hypnobabies hypnosis techniques take other relaxation tools taught in classes like Bradley, Birthing From Within, or any other childbirth hypnosis program to the next level.
